Shipping Methods
We ship our products world wide and all packages are shipped very discreet. Products are repacked with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments. The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit one of these packages, the order will automatically be divided into two or more packages (always included in the S&H-charges). Shipments are made from various shipping points in different European countries.
How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?
Order confirmation with instructions for how to make payment is sent to your email address automatically and immediately after you submit your order. Once payment is received, we process and dispatch your order within 2 business days. Shipping time will depend on various factors such as method of our shipping, postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc., which is why we can only give you an approximation based on our statistics and former experience.
Is it legal to purchase these products?
Since laws differ from country to country, we recommend you to check your local customs office regarding the regulations and restrictions of your country.
How are products shipped?
We ensure that all packages are shipped with maximum discretion. Since prescription is submitted, products are removed from their original boxes and repacked with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume. Our organization name is not indicated on any package and shipments are made from various shipping points in Eastern EU to ensure maximum discretion and highest probability of successful delivery. With customs we have 100% success to any country of EU. Problems with customs are mainly in New Zealand, Australia, Sweden and Denmark.
How are bulk/large quantity orders shipped?
If the order is large enough to not fit in the same shipment envelope as a small sized order, we guarantee the order will be divided into the necessary amount of packages. No matter how large your order is, we reassure you the same discretion level and repackaging is used as with a small sized order.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping cost is £7.00 for orders under £160, and FREE for orders over £160.
Please note Postage Costs as of 2025 start from £8.35 for a special Delivery we only charge £7.00
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes if order is paid by Money /Bank Transfer. & BTC

International orders we accept are order at your own risk - we offer no refunds or replacements if its took my your customs - the buyer is responsible for the local customs

Liability
We offer Express delivery on all orders which normally requires a signature, we also offer normal mail that is not a recorded/registered parcel and will not require a signature upon delivery.
